  The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks.   The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). The bed was a little hard but housekeeping changed the mattress!! We needed a late check out on day of departure and this was handled expeditiously. Love the new renovations. - We were impressed with the staff and also by giving directions to public transport and recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing.   location is very good. a short walk to Darling harbour and chinatown. close to central stn for the train to circular quay and to/from the airport. shopping centre with all you need straight across the road. plus a few bars and restaurants just a few mins away. apt was very modern and clean. we put do not disturb sign out on one day and staff rang ... o que as pessoas dizem » us twice to make sure we didnt want the room cleaning. check in / out very easy and quick. would stay here again. - I know that a few people have commented about the description of a one-bedroom apartment vs a studio, but the layout was perfect for us with young children; decent size and very clean bathroom (no bath just shower), king size bed that is 'open' plan in an area or 'room' and then into the large combined kitchen, dining and lounge area with good size balcony.

The beds & pillows were to die for. Our 2 bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean, more than spacious and had a fantastic view. There was no noise from other rooms and although they don't have a restaurant, there are plenty of restaurants & cafes at your doorstep. Som - Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to Australia again.
