  service quality of the staff - The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed our break and will do it again. We had made a number of costumes for the Buddy Show and had come down for the opening night.

All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... o que as pessoas dizem » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March.   My favourite hostel where I always stay in Sydney, probably stayed there for 2 months in total. Location is perfect, staff is friendly, rooms are good and clean in general. Scary Canary is downstares and that is one awesome bar! Always make some great friends when staying at X Base! - Base Sydney is the best! I went to this backpackers twice. Staff were excellent and really friendly, and we received a complementary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday :) The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and everything was of high quality! :) T2 tea yum!!
