  The staff were sensational, and more than accommodating. We unexpectedly needed an extra night's accommodation and it was sorted out without any problems whatsoever. The rooms are very nice and the beds are sensationally comfortable. Perfect location. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the service, food and price was fantastic. The food was fantastic, staff were very helpful and the ambience of the hotel felt like I was at home. The hotel was very clean and the Great Lake view was extraordinary.   Location was fantastic, we stayed 2 nights. The hotel looks a bit tired needs a bit of a clean and Renovation. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was included in tariff really good value food was tasty and they had a good variety.
