  I booked the Islington for my 30's birthday and I had an amazing night in the Attic Room. The hotel itself is superb and the staff is really kind and thoughtful. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and sophisticated; they baked my favorite cake, specially for my birthday, on the request of my partner.   We stayed 5 nights in Dec 2014 and enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent - easy walk to Salamanca Place , ferry wharves, Battery Point and not far to CBD. Very clean with up-to-date appliances. Trevor was very helpful, even taking us to the airport at the end of our stay.

  Stayed in an IXL one bedroon executive apartment. Very new,very well furnished and spacious with a loft bedroom. Balcony opened onto a courtyard, so view was limited, but very quiet.
