  We loved our time at the Grand Mercure. Staff are friendly and very down to earth. The facilities are great we spent more time in the pool then we did at the beach. The location is awesome you can smell the beach and plenty of restaurants to go to. It was very clean/comfy & homey feeling. The 2 baths were nice to have and they were a good size, as we were with another couple.

One bedroom spa apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Balcony is a good size. All in all really liked our stay and will return.   The manager, Peter, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating if he tried. I emailed in advance as we wanted 2x double beds (myself, my partner and my parents) and as he actually upgraded us for free to a stunning 3 bed apartment - even taking all our luggage up there for us and giving us tea/ coffee/ breakfast packs. After 4 days on Fr... o que as pessoas dizem » aser Island we were desperate for good seafood and he recommended and booked us into a superb local restaurant where we had a really fantastic family - Everything! It was superb! Views, location close to all you need! Would not hesitate to stay again and have already told all our friends about it:-) Oh and the pool was AWESOME!
