  Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu.   Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Clean and comfortable room. Good facilities - the children used both the pool and tennis court. And a nice surprise when we found the use of the balls/racquets were free. Lovely grounds - clean, tidy and attractive. We didn't get to use the restaurant but the menu looked good. A comfo... o que as pessoas dizem » rt knowing the access/cars were so secure. - our room was lovely.....it was clean, roomy & had everything we needed for our whole family....the kids really enjoyed being able to use the pool and tennis courts while we could watch them from our apartment...the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned half way through our stay which was a lovely surprise !..... will definitely be back and recommend to others !

  An all around wonderful experience. I cannot say anything bad about Como Waters B&B. They purpose-built their building in a beautiful neighborhood close to the freeway making it easier to get around the Perth area. The owners, Kay & Andre are just wonderful and helped us plan our day trips in Perth. We will definitely stay at Como Wate... o que as pessoas dizem » rs when we return to Perth! - What a fantastic place! The rooms are excellent, very clean, spacious, relaxing and modern. The owners are lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the king room with the spa. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night so did not get the opportunity to see what was nearby but it is less than ten minutes drive from the city centre.

  The moment you arrivés weer made to geel so welkome. Helen was very very kind to accomodatie us and the appartement was Coby and lovertje. We lied everything in this B&B. The accomodation is spotlessy clean and comfortabel. We highway recommend this B&B. - Helen was very very kind to accommodate our late arrival and the house was nothing but cozy and lovely.
