  We were pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. We arrived late and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was new and there was plenty of room. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a large shower. Noise from Northborne Ave was minimal ( and this is a huge factor- which anyone who has stayed on Northborne will attest). I find this puzzling and can only assume my business is not valuable to Aria. Also Aria's 2 % fee for MasterCard payments is unfair, how else to pay? staff's issuance of a merchant copy for signature prior to providing a tax invoice for checking is very poor.   The apartment was very big! We had lots of space.It felt like home. We loved having a separate laundry room in our apartment. The kitchen was great.I really wanted to cook and it had everything I needed. The swimming pool is very long - perfect for lap swimming. It is also super for kids. The beds were very comfortable.
