The location of the Bay Tree Hotel was perfect for our tansfer from the airport, the boat to Green Island for snorkelling and the Skytrain / Karunda rainforest expererience. The staff at the hotel desk were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast by the pool on a nice sunny morning was perfect and added to our holiday. The room was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed, the confortable bed and the well equipped bathroom with walk in shower was very acceptable.

Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.
Clean modern rooms; very well appointed.
Excellent restaurant and pool.

The BED WAS AMAZING!! And for the price you pay compared to other Cairns based accommodation, it certainly is a great deal! The staff were lovely, particularly Yukiko! We didn't use the pool and are disappointed by that because it is a lovely modern area.

We were originally meant to only stayed 4 nights but we stayed the entire 8 of our holidays!
It is definitely worth the price you pay.
Our room was serviced everyday by the friendly house keepers and were always greeted by the friendly, helpful service desk people.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Rydges Esplanade Resort. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We checked in prior to 2pm due to a flight reschedule and even though the hotel was close to full the staff did everything they could to get us into our room as quickly as possible which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a mountain view room which had stunning views of Cairns at night. If your out during the day, I'd recommend this

We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... Buffet breakfasts were superb, terrific variety and gluten-free bread supplied which was excellent. Great start to the day - in fact we found it lasted well into the afternoon! Added enjoyment was being able to read the complimentary newspapers over breakfast. Would like to stay again longer - and recommend it as great convenient place to stay in Cairns.

Really friendly reception staff, nice comfortable room with nice balcony, good bed and overall a good place to stay. Excellent location on the esplanade and ideal for a walk. Nearby enough to bars/restaurants but far enough away that you don't get the noise.
