The bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. I was returning to the hotel late at night each day and was advised they could leave a meal from the restaurant in my room for me to microwave once I got back at night. Exceptional service. -

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. My Wife & I found the Best Western Lake Inn to be a very friendly, clean and relaxing stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The area was quiet but close to many of Ballarat's attractions. Will definitely stay there again. Mike -

Judy and Anthony made us feel wecome from the moment we walked through
the door, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spacious and the

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The decor of the entire establishment was superb and accordingly periodic and very genuine. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great. Showers were good and hot. -
