The staff were awesome. From the pick up & return to the airport by the hotel shuttle bus was a fantastic service. This alone would make me stay here again. Their night shift driver "JP" even dropped me to the nearest Tram so i could use a more cost effective way into the city. Yeah it takes longer but for $3.50 return by tram to the city is a

myself and my new husband booked the wrong date we flew back into Australia,and at 11:30pm we were able to not only change it to that night-but a free shuttle came to get us!! the room was huge and so clean and bearly 5 mins from the airport. breaky was amazing and we even had a gym to go sweat some over eating from our hoiladay! the staff even helped us with a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags for our flight the next morning.

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. -

Loved the staff - so friendly and helpful. There was a problem when we arrived with the bathroom and at 10pm they were fixing it!! Amazing! Friendly and welcoming, accommodating. Clean facilities. Great bathroom, clean, great pressure in the big shower.

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

I liked that when the manager realised I was travelling with my mother and had booked the wrong room, he adjusted the room package without issue and fuss. I didn't ask for an upgrade or to change as it was my error but he offered and arranged it. I also liked the convenience from the road from Sydney -

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception who went out of the way to ensure guests' satisfaction. They are the best I've met.
Great location! It is located at end of Sydney Road whith hundreds of shops and eateries and with a beautiful park across the road.
Though the inn does not look very attractive from the outside, the room's interior is quite tastelfully done and is well-furnished.
