great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

We always stay at the Oaks Plaza Pier. The Oaks Pier is very modern, with an ocean view & world class restaurants at the doorstep. The Pier Bar is a great place to drink bubbles, wine or beer & watch the sun setting over the ocean. Large clean rooms with good facilities. We had booked a few different room types as friends were joining us and the staff were very helpful and organised our multiple bookings efficiently. Seaview rooms are particularly good as they are quieter than the garden view rooms and are worth the extra cost. If we came back to Adelaide we'd definitely stay here again

The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. S

Great reception at the door by the valet who organized the car and
complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but
staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the
waiting. Room was comfortable and spacious. I did complete your room
evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.

Lovely apartment with great views over the city and beyond (sky view apt). Excellent bed and whole apartment finished to a high standard. Great soundproofing for a nice quiet sleep. Easy access to car park, just down the lift. Garbage disposal also very handy.
Walking distance to everything but slightly outside of highrises allowing a better view. Also quite easy to find your way home as hotel stands out on the skyline.
Would recommend these apartments.

The location was fantastic. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.

The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful! We had a lovely big spa bath as well, so nice to come back to the apartment and have a bubble bath and a glass of wine. There was initially a mix up with our rooms but the staff promptly provided a solution and even gave us late check-out, we were very impressed! -

Great rooms, very spacious. Having a full kitchen and washing machine
was great when travelling with a toddler. Our package stated not
serviced due to the cheap price, but our room was serviced every day
anyway - nice surprise. The hotel is central to everything - we left
the car in the carpark and walked to the zoo and around the city on
several days.

We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -

Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

I liked the location of the hotel and also the size of the rooms. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.

I stayed down the road for the first two nights in a very inferior place. I found your hotel to be spotlessly clean, very stylish with every facility that I required. I also liked the fact that if I decided to forgo a room clean I received a voucher for the bar. People who stay for a couple of nights don't need to waste resources to have a useless

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.
