  Simple and quiet. A bit dated but overall ok. The classic american motel in a very quiet area. Pretty close to Sunset Beach and Huntington Beach. Lots of stores just across the street..including Taco something, Starbucks, a grocery store...cleaner, nails, barber...gas station and others. Location was close to large shopping malls; room was comfortable & they brought in a fridge for us when the ice machine broke down. Nice courtyard oasis from city traffic, but they should put some park benches for visitors to use the area. Near Little Saigon & Bella Terra upscale Mall.
