  I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  The whole property is maintained extremely well. I figured it had to be just a few months old and was stunned to hear that it was been around for 3 1/2 years.   Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice as well. They had a nice pool area which was good after a hot day on the course and their breakfast area was excellent - Breakfast was better than the usual sticky bun. Private patio.

The staff was also knowledgeable about recommending the Farmer's Market, where to get the best apples and how to get to places around Wenatchee. The room and facility were both also very clean and the full breakfast was much appreciated, as I left early each morning for a golf tournament at the Highlander Golf Club.

As a single female traveler felt safe; ground floor access perfect to protect my bicycle and enjoy Wenatchee's trails.
