Superb staff, friendly and helpful. A short walk to the metro station. Excellent rates. Free parking. Clean well-appointed rooms. We had car trouble and the staff extended our checkout and was supportive of our needs. We will stay here the next time we are in the DC area. -

This hotel was recently remodeled, and is absolutely stunning. There is
a long 'wall' of fire pit on the outside patio, and you come in
through a huge revolving door. The lobby is beautifully modern, and most
of the rooms overlook the lobby. We checked in about 7:30 or 8:00, and

The hotel has obviously recently gone through a refurbishment and the
whole hotel is stunning. The design and furnishings used all around
the property were fantastic. Very modern and contemporary in design
which I loved.
The guest rooms were spacious and clean with everything you would need.
A good selection was offered for the complimentary breakfast too - although felt hot items should have been included too.

We will definitely enjoy our next trip to dc and stay here again! The
staff was excellent. The front desk always greeted us and were helpful
and upbeat. The cleaning staff was awesome. The rooms were perfectly

It was designed beautifully. All the linens were clean and spotless. The airconditioner was quiet and so was the bathroom vent. The towels were thick and soft. I think it is the best motel I have ever been in. All the staff were friendly.

For the money, this is hands down, the best hotel in the area. On top of great price-parking was free and there was a shuttle to the mall and Metro. We were greeted by Stella who made us feel comfortable and welcome. She did an amazing job as well as the rest of the staff! I will be staying here for all my trips to DC! -

I went on line for the best Hotel deal. Crown Plaza was it. When I got there, the room available had one King bed. It wasn't what I wanted as my daughter was to meet me there after her work day. I was given two beds with no problem. It was an up grade.
I orginally requested two queens. The desk was cordial and accomodating. -

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The rooms were nothing special but it worked for our needs, just a place to rest our heads at night. The metro was about a 5-10 min drive and very easy to get to. A lot of restaurants/stores near by. -
