It definately felt like cabin in the woods, but with modern comforts. The cabin was clean, beautiful furniture, bed was comfortable, had a refrigerator and microwave. Just a short walk down to the creek where salmon were jumping. It was, by far, the best place we stayed during our trip to Alaska.

  The room was very nice, great view, and stocked with breakfast food to meet our needs (food allergy friendly). We liked Seward very much. Major Marine provided a great fjord tour where we saw lots of wildlife. - Gammy Bird is spacious with updated finishes--feels spa-like. The well-stocked fridge and the views of the harbor were great.
