  Great service from the front desk. Carlos was accomodating with keeping us away from the elevator. They even let us check in early. Quiet hotel - We really appreciated this during a heavy holiday weekend. The staff gave us tips on what to do during the holiday weekend. Rooms are clean. Carlos at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in giving us information on how to get around since we did not rent a car. Very convenient location and close to trolley stop and little Italy restaurants. We would stay again for sure.
