They were able to provide queen size beds and with only a few hours notice,they also were able to get us a second room right next to the one originally booked. We arrived late and they were very accomodating. -
location right off the highway. price and pet friendly.

The helpfulness was amazing..we arrived by motorcycle..it was starting
to rain...I Had reserved the wrong nite..they were full..desk clerk
called manager to get authorization to release a room kept for
emergency s ..we were very impressed as other people had been turned
away...I Guess being wet and tired was enough of an emergency..VERY

cleanliness of room, linoleum floor, price, parking, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quickness of heat in room and ability to regulate it, wifi (though I didn't know this when I reserved room and didn't bring my laptop), location- very close to Fletcher-Allen hospital and downtown Burlington

The beds were terrifically comfy and all was very very clean. They had mini fridges in the room and parking right next to the door. -

For the price it was perfect. The furniture was a little outdated, but that wasn't an issue as everything was clean. The sheets were clean as well as the bathroom and the towels. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. For the price and everything being clean and having multiple channels including HBO it was perfect for me. -
