We were very pleased with our selection of hotel. When we arrived we had been upgraded from a Queen room to a Suite so were delighted. Having 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus. What a wonderful welcome we received here - a breath of fresh air after the feeling of being on a cash conveyor belt in Las Vegas. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. So friendly and Wayne is incredibly knowledgable about where to go etc in and around the city. Wine & cheese each evening was a delightful social event which gave us the chance to chat with fellow guests. The location was brilliant too.

The location of the Baldwin Hotel is just great - literally steps from Chinatown's main gate and only one block from Union Square and public transportation. First time in a 'Boutique Hotel' setting, was amazing, very charming, friendly, convenient to everything, trolley directly outside hotel....restaurants, cafes, shopping, all within walking distance, or hop on trolley. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!
