We were going to be stranded at dfw Airport during the ice storm and

The staff were professional in their jobs. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. The pool was a good size with nice grounds. The hotel was very clean. The courtesy bus was a big help as we were strangers to the area.

The front desk staff was amazing. We needed help with directions and how to ride the Dart and they were very helpful. They even remembered the next day and checked on us to make sure everything went well. Very impressive. -

There was a wedding at the hotel but I didn't hear a thing! My floor was totally quiet which was important because I had to retire early to get a 5 AM flight. -

Hotel staff were all fiendly and helpful. We cruised from Galveston on
the 14th and returned on the 21st, the Hilton provided us with complimen
tary parking for the cruise duratoin. An extra perk that many other
hotels in Galveston do not offer or charge extra for utilizing the
service. We didn't get into the swimming pool due to a cold front

The staff was amazing. However we were very dissappointed with the lack
of cleanliness within the pool area, especially the pool. We Understand
its hard to keep clean later in the day, but my son & I were there
every morning by 9:30am and the pool had straws floating , cherry stems,
hair balls etc. For $300 a night, we were quite disqusted. Other than
that, the hotel was fine. Again the entire staff was excellent.
