  Elevator was waiting on us every time we come out. Comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, very neat and clean, good cable selection, friendly employees - Great location to the American Airlines Arena and the staff at the hotel was so courteous.

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. They happy hour was perfect and my kids enjoyed the late hours of the pool. I was very pleased with the Embassy Suites Hotel and don't have any negative remarks. This hotel earned an "A" all around.   Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished. I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should at least respond.
