My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. They happy hour was perfect and my kids enjoyed the late hours of the pool. I was very pleased with the Embassy Suites Hotel and don't have any negative remarks. This hotel earned an "A" all around. I LOVE the access to the beach! I've stayed at over 20 properties on the island and I dread the walk to the sand. La Copa makes it so easy with the pier. I LOVE IT!

Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service in the bar.
Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender
just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the
issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished.
I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should
at least respond.

The front desk personnel provided free breakfast for our trouble in having to wait to check in until the symphony people checked out (at 6 pm)

The warm welcome, free parking, surprisingly large room which was as comfortable as anything costing three times as much. Solid English breakfast and easy to access from the Interstate. Just 5 minutes drive from the famous 6th Street and SoCo.
