  I enjoyed the country setting and hope they can afford to spruce up the garden area outside dinning room window. I felt their is much potential with the existing facilities of which aren't being utilized.   the proprieters were ver friendly and helpfull, and are in the process of renovatting the entire BandB. They catered for my pre 6am departure, and couldn't have been more helpfull. Luna (the dog). The Eden park, is less then 10 mins walk, and its less then 20 mins to downtown. Breakfast was excellent and it was the best coffee i have had all trip. We will definitely be staying again.
