  I enjoyed the country setting and hope they can afford to spruce up the garden area outside dinning room window. I felt their is much potential with the existing facilities of which aren't being utilized.   The bed and breakfast was a beautiful building with a wonderful grounds, it was like stepping into a Southern estate. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The owner was delightful and very helpful. There is a beautiful lake which you can float on with resort paddle boats or kayaks. We will be back! - Beautiful Southern looking mansion. Rooms were tastefully decorated to period complete with a long winding staircase. Nice views from any room. Host/hostess were wonderful and helpful and new history of the home. Breakfast was tastefully served and we even had a few choice hot meals to chose from. Very elegant! You won't be disappointed, unless you don't go and see it!

  We stayed in the Barbizon room and the bed was super comfy. High thread count sheets and plenty of hot water in the shower with a make-up table that helped with getting ready for a wedding we were attending. Breakfast included angel food cake french toast that was delicious.
