  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... co mówią ludzie » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  The price is great And you get what you pay for. The hotel is not glamorous but it's a place to lay your head down and its not updated . It's close to Saratoga and to lake George. You can't beat the price. The building has seen a lot of wear but the room, linen and bathrooms were absolutely clean. The mattress was comfortably firm. The room was quiet. Temperature was comfortable.
