What a gem of a place among the modern monstrisites of Niagara. The owner and host Debbie is lovely and has done an amazing job of renovating this beautiful old house. Her breakfasts are simply amazing with everything homemade. Location is great with just a 5 min walk to the edge of the falls. A litte more expensive than some others in the area

Debbie, our hostess, was extremely warm, engaging and ran a top-notch, client-specific Bed and Breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well represented. Our breakfast was as beautiful as it was delicious, served fresh from the griddle--heavenly!
I would highly recommend this establishment. We intend on visiting again soon.

This hotel was so unique! The rooms are converted units in a brownstone so you get to feel like you're living in the city while you're there. Our room was great and eclectic--bright wall colors, bay window, hardwood floors, stained glass artwork, etc. Crown Heights is also a great neighborhood. Felt like having a warm and comfotable city apt, complete with washer and dryer. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Street parking but they responded with parking alternatives when asked.

For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there. The motel's carpet looked to be brand new. I had not expected it.

I hope to return with my husband next spring. I would really liked to come again in the fall to see the incredible views - We came upon The Brookside Inn by accident because there was no other accommodations in the area and glad we had found such a beautiful place last minute really enjoyed how nicely it was decorated. We loved the mineral baths and massages at the Roosevelt Spa! The
hotel is right in the middle of the state park with beautiful
trails. We rented bikes from the hotel and had a great leisurely
ride. Also utilized the hotel's free shuttle to downtown. All

The room was a good size for NYC. Hotel was a block from Grand Central Terminal, super for subway and subway shuttle to Times Square! The restautant on site was nice, good food, out door seating. Because it was on 44th, and blocked by the terminal, the street was REALLY quiet. Toiletries and hair dryer and iron all good, no need to pack yours! -

I liked the fact that the room and bathroom were very clean and well kept. For New York City the size and price of the hotel room were also exceptional, especially when looking at some of the other hotels in the area. All of the staff, including the restaurant, were helpful and friendly and eager to serve. Everything is in walking distance.

The app was bit old and so is the building yet I could see the effort they put into making it a bit nicer. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. I saved a lot money not eating outside. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom more than decent and the studio overal

The service is outstanding!
We checked in after long delays at the airport and lost baggages plus getting lost finding the hotel but it was all worth it. The front desk seeing our tired faces upgraded us free to a much bigger room and arranged a rollaway bed for our ten year old son immediately.
We didn't even have to call and notify that our aircon wasn't working, they knocked on our doors and replaced the unit right away.
The bed is really comfortable and everything is spick and span. Towel
