  The people and facilities at Buffalo Thunder were great!!!!!! The room we had was for royalty. My husband and I would like to come back in June for his birthday. Having a casino at the hotel was also a plus. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge.

  The decor, staff, the amenities, the pool, the location, free parking, the front office staff (Aloi was especially helpful). It was the second time we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel and it was nice for the staff to note our celebration. It was our 52d anniversary. - Staff was friendly and helpful.   Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. She went out of her way and was fantastic. the hotel is beautiful the restaurant was clean and very affordable. The hotel and casino wer - I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I would stay there again. 4
