Perfect view of the skyline, quiet neighbourhood - good to wind down after a day in the buzzing city. Room was huge, clean and equipped with all necessities (kitchen, dw, fridge, microwave, table to have breakfast with 2 persons etc.).
PATH-Trains to WTC or Times-Square are within easy walking distance.

I was pleased with the service that I received from Manuel and Tony the
two night clerks. We were staying over on our way to Connecticut and
learned that the Governor had closed the state due to a snowstorm.
Manuel easily changed our reservations to accommodate us a few more

Loved the location! Chose it because it was close to NYC and the Poconos. Went to the Ford Mansion. Enjoyed the hotel very much and all of the surroundings. Drove into the city one day to take my niece to JFK. No problem, easy in and easy out! Great place to stay! Great breakfast! Free parking.

The staff was fabulous. I walked in and the clerk at the front desk was delightful, friendly and professional. The room was recently partially updated. The layout of the room was nice. The full kitchen makes the residence inn a great place to stay and prepare your own meals if you choose. Check in desk associate was very friendly and helpful.

I liked the services at this hotel.
Some of them included complementary WiFi, a fabulous breakfast, a swimming pool, fitness room, a basketball net and free parking. Very clean rooms and nice staff. I will definitely come back to this Residence Inn Mt. Great management! -
