The location is away from other hotels and is in a very quiet spot with
no audible road traffic. The room was very comfortable and clean and
staff were helpful when I asked for a room location away from
elevators, etc. Breakfast was standard fare but good and plentiful with

Big room with conveniences and courtesy coffee and tea.
We enjoyed the swimming pool with the nice Jacuzzi, where we could stay until 10PM.
Breakfast is rich and well assorted, with eggs, bacon, bagles, pancakes, a variety of cakes and juices and so on. -

Yhe Best Western Plus Sovereign was clean, comfortable and a great value for the money. The staff was friendly, the included hot breakfast buffet was good and the connected bar-restaurant was very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again. -

The location was great for exploring the White Mountain area. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and the view from the room made the most of it. The room was very comfortable - clean with lots of space. The hotel had friendly staff and great facilities - it's own lake, restaurant and especially loved the viewing tower. -

I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. It was more than I
expected and the view was stunning from our balcony. Our children (9mo,
3yrs, and 6 yrs) had plenty of space in the one berm apt. Not to mention

I have been many times over the years. It is awesome place for a
romantic getaway or family'S. These mountain side units are
breathtaking the outside pools and pond side bon fires are magical for
families and couples. (Hint ) the higher up the mountain units the more
magnificent. Its gated secure your own lil compound of luxury. If your
lucky enough to get snow while in the heated out door pools and Jacuzzi
at night with steam from pool coming off. You will be hooked forever.

Every staff member we encountered was great. The breakfast included with the stay wasnt continental and was an actual buffet breakfast which was definitely nice. The location of the hotel and the views. The breakfasts were very good
and the food was hot. The waitstaff was very nice and efficient. We
liked having a deck with such a nice mountain view, where we could sit
and read and have some "down-time" The front desk people were
helpful and courteous and we appreciated having the computer and
printer, that was available for our use, in confirming outrairline
flights and boarding passes.

The grounds are delightful with a river and pond and chairs looking out at the mountains. The outdoor pool was closed, but I used the indoor pool- had it all to myself. The room was fine, on the compact side but it had everything we needed and we were not paying a lot. The area is beautiful with lots of nice places to visit in the mountains.
