We were initially given a room on the parking lot side. When I asked for a river view, they immediately accommodated us with no "attitude." We also dined at the restaurant and when I was served a Brandy Alexander in a martini glass I was shocked. I explained to the waiter that I thought they came in a Hurricane glass. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Cozy. Very nice rooms, but may need to replace with new pillows. And the fact that as soon as we checked in, we got a call from the front desk asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything....

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fantastic. The on-site restaurant was very good. The highlight of the hotel was the indoor pool with slides1. The kids absolutely loved this and wanted to spend as much time in them as we could. We were absolutely blown away. -

The staff was very accommodating as I asked for adjoining rooms and as an added bonus, we were close to the pool. The kids loved the slides. We met family from Colorado and it was nice we could be together. -

The staff was very helpful when we needed directions or had any questions about billing. Even though you had to pay for breakfast, it was worth it.

Noise from neighboring rooms wasn't an issue, although I probably had quiet neighbors.

Rachel at the front desk was amazingly friendly, the room was clean and
incredibly cozy. I couldn't believe how soft the sheets, blankets,
and pillows were. Neither of us wanted to leave the bed from the moment
we got in it. We didn't utilize much else, but everything was
amazing. I would have expected to pay twice the price for a hotel as
wonderful as this!

It was very clean. After a hot day at the zoo it was nice to come back and swim at coco keys. It was clean as well. I wish there bar was open daily and not just for the weekend.
