  Pretty much everything was great(see Question 2.)-loved the open terrace and the guest facilities on tenth floor. - they have a guest floor that lovley. coffee served all day and internet with amazing windows.

  What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. The beds were heavenly (like sleeping in a big cloud), and the bathrooms were clean, well-appointed and modern. Loved the soap/shower gels/shampoo provided. Great location. I alsoreally enjoyed the Ava lounge....WOW! That really made it a decidingfactor for me to make a next booking.
