It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Its location to Whalers Village and the beach are perfect. Location was very good, a couple of steps from the beach. Unit was good and had a lot of additional stuff like beach chairs, a small wagon (very useful), picnic cooler, bodyboards etc. Basically everything you need while going to beach. Although it is listed as not having Wi-Fi, actually our unit had free Wi-Fi. Pool was decent. -

This beach resort is right on the water in Napili bay. We saw turtles

The Napili Surf was excellent in every aspect of our stay. They go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It felt very homey yet is right on a great little beach with excellent snorkeling and enough waves for the young (and a few older) boogie-boaders. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff were immediately responsive to any request that we had. We had a studio condo that had every amenity we needed and plenty of room to relax in after each wonderful
