  Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. They went out of their way to make the stay memorable - Friendly good service the staff went out of their way to help. Good location close to Boston Common, historic sights underground etc

  The hotel is in a great location. It must be amazing to have a room with a view of the park. Sadly, I wasn't that lucky. The room itself was spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the matress a little worn. I kept sliding to the edge of the bed. The plaid on the bed had holes in it. Flat-screen TV with ample stations. Before we arrived we had questions about the reservations and hotel amenities, and Kenia Celestino, reservations manager, was extremely attentive. She was very prompt in answering any question we had. Amanda was our turn down attendant at night. She was just the nicest, most gracious and helpful person you could have to get you settled in at night. Housekeeping for our room, 612, was awesome.
