I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room was updated,modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Our group enjoyed the local pub too! -

The staff was professional and accommodating. The amenities were
perfect. The atmosphere was great. The location was perfect for us. The
bed was comfortable. The corner room was an added plus, with windows on
both sides. And, the desk clerk put us on the quieter side of the hotel,
which was a lovely gesture. We will stay there again. -

They have a shuttle bus to the subway station which was great and the Receptionist and Driver were kind enough to arrange a pick up for us (7 people) at a different time than the one scheduled. This was a great perk as my son (6 year old) was really tired of walking all day long.

Most of the staff was very friendly, some were a little to "all rules." The shuttle service was actually quite nice and unexpected. I also really liked the open concept for the bar/restaurant - it was very welcoming. -

Very nice and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was excellent for a complimentary hotel breakfast. The complimentary social dinner Thursday night was very convenient. Grounds was very nice even though renovations were going on. Location was nice with it being near the mall and not far from the city. The room itself was awesome. Pillows on the bed were very comfortable.

It was my daughters first time to stay at a hotel and it was the first time that I stayed alone with one of my children so it was an experience for both of us. Everyone was very nice, especially the women who helped with breakfast in the mornings and happy hour in the afternoons. They were the best part! The location was great, and the room was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend my family stays there again.

My son and I got stuck on the lockdown as well as everyone else. What a great place to be forced to enjoy. The CEO showed up..chatting with everyone. Gave us free drinks and some food. My room was clean, efficient, stylish, comfortable, attractive. Parking
was free (not easy to find in the Boston area), and the hotel is only a
block from the last t stop on the D-line. Since I was traveling alone
and returning late at night, I parked at the t station several times -
only $6 for the whole day.
