We were absolutely thrilled with the hotel and the staff. Very friendly, helpful, courteous, and polite. Our room was wonderful, with very, very comfortable beds. The location so close to downtown was a huge plus, with us not needing to take our car out at all. Thank you so much for a wonderful get-away!

We stayed overnight twice on our way to and from Delaware. The first
time we were upgraded to a really nice, large room with a desk. The
second time, the room was more modest but still comfortable. The pool
was awesome for a keen swimmer. It even had lane lines for lap swimming.
And the restaurant was really good. Breakfast was better than most free
continentals.

My wife and I have stayed at the Samoset Resort a number of times and the staff has always been accommodating and extremely friendly. Meals in the restaurant are excellent and the ambiance (both in the restaurant and in the hotel) couldn't be better - summer or winter. -

Great location, very clean, nice room, easy to park next to the room, great continental breakfast, great view of the ocean. It was a short walk to town. For picking it sight unseen (except for pictures on the Internet) we were very pleased with choosing the Bar Harbor Inn and delighted with the overall experience.

Our rooms were very large with great toiletry amenities. The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minutes ride to Acadia Visitor Center and to the restaurants, shopping and pier. The staff at the hotel were great.
The view out of the window in our room or in the great room were worth the price of the stay. The evenings had a pianist with fingers that danced across the keys stimulating memories of yesterday. Both of the pools were spectacular with the indoor pool area reminiscent of scenes from Cocoon.
The view from the Looking Glass has to be the best view in the area.

Super clean. Loved the heated bathroom floors and comfy bed. What stood out the most was Marty at the front desk...what a gem! Everyone is generally friendly when you check in, not Marty, he just made you feel "at home". I would recommend Admiral Inn to anyone traveling to the their way. It was truly a great part to a great trip!

Sni was beautiful, had excellent food and very friendly staff. It was
very clean, comfortable and well-run. Free cookies, coffee, hot
chocolate, cider, and other beverages were provided daily for free. We
had the Bed & Breakfast package with a full breakfast buffet daily.
Two really good restaurants. It's in a lovely setting right on the
water. Unfortunately, we were there in mid-fall. I'd definitely go
back during a summer.

It was clean, comfortable and a lot of fun for the kids. They have a movie theater on site w/ free movies 3 times a day. There was a large indoor pool and "Roman spa". There was also a game room with a pool table, air hockey and various arcade games. It was really great to have so much indoor stuff to do during the winter vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely go back here again.
