  Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us back to the hotel. - The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby Tuesday's attached to the hotel. It was close to a major mall and theater.

  I loved the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) and enjoyed using the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The resorts pool was nice as well. It could have been a little warmer, but I love really warm pools.   I appreciated the lovely living room with free access to internet and hot beverages!! I also liked the cold filtered water!! Very comfortable beds and excellent location/easy and chep access to airport. - clean, convenient, courteous, reasonably priced, professional, would recommend to anyone travelling to chicago for any time.

  The location was very close (in Chicago terms) to the festival I attended. Also, I liked their breakfast and relatively small size for a Marriott. Everything operated properly. - The staff was very helpful and the hotel was not too far from everything for the price. Had a great time and the hotel was awesome.
