This is one great hotel especially if you are there related to the university. They run a free shuttle to any building on campus which was great as my daughter was there with me for a tour. You can walk to campus which we did the afternoon we arrived too. Everything is number one here! -

Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The
rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that
carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head
rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. I was
a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be
comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very
comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well-
stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was
very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was
top-notch.

Out flight was rerouted to Chicago due to bad weather. We had no luggage
and needed all the bare necessities for the night. I booked online and
so did several other families with kids that were on our flight. Hampton
Inn always has a friendly staff and they really go above and beyond to
take care of you. -

We had stayed there 6 weeks ago at the beginning of our trip and were very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel. That's why we stayed there again as our trip came to an end. -

The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. -

the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

I saved a ton of money. - this hotel has meeting room, kitchen, dining room and also there are activities room that we can meet other traveller, especially international studen who live in there.

I loved having the extra space that the one bedroom suites provide. As I
was only there overnight and had a Sunday morning flight I really
appreciated its location close to O'Hare. Another terrific benefit

The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

I loved being able to stay at the hotel I always thought was
"above" my affordability. The price for Thanksgiving week
was so reasonable compared to other hotels in town. Loved the
service by all the staff (all very friendly!) and the breakfast was

Rooms were clean, decor was interesting, free hot breakfast a plus. Mandgers and front desk personnel were very friendly. we were there for my fathers funeral, so probably not the best time for review. we did apprediate the early check-in days due to my fathers death.. Thank you very much.
