The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was
beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented
candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very

Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Food is excellent at this hotel, do not miss the rooftop bar on a beautiful day and lunch at Nomi was excellent. The concierge staff was helpful with every detail and you cannot

I liked the check in a lot: quick, friendly and professional guy. The
only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue
with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very
interesting but a little bit too much posters.

We loved everything. We have stayed at several large and boutique hotels on the Gold Coast and the Peninsula is probably the best across the board. I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. -

When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
location, too.
