  The valet parking at 14.95 per night was well worth it. The continental breakfast buffet each morning was plenty to get by on. They had happy hour from 5:30 to 7:00 in the lobby serving wine and appetizers. This was every night but Sunday. the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable.   The staff was so friendly. The concierge that was on duty on 12/15 REALLY impressed me. A young homeless gentleman came in as we were checking out. The concierge treated him with the same respect as he did every other person that walked in. That really left an impression on me!! We enjoyed our stay there immensely. River st, city market, squares, restaurants, mansions were only steps away. The staff were friendly & helpful with anything you needed or wanted always very pleasant.   The room was awesome. The beds very comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and very delicious. Ken the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely stay there again if in the area. - A beautiful little family run hotel in a fantastic setting of a stylish mansion. Excellent breakfast and quiet for a good nights sleep.
