I liked that from the moment you walked into the door that you felt like you had chosen the right place. The lady that was working the night we arrived was very nice, made fresh hot coffee and treated us like old friends. I can honestly say that the personnel there was extremely friendly and
outgoing. They really made it a great place to stay. The room was clean
and had everything that I needed to relax and also be able to work as
well. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast as well which was odd
because at other hotels the food is no where near what Aspen had. I will
definitely be back and would even recommend it to others.

Very clean and great beds that were very comfortable. Close to restaurants and a few minutes from Crystal Bridges. Not the usual Motel 6. Would definitely stay their again. The receptionist, Jessica, was very professional and helpful---all with a smile.

I love this hotel. The bed was a cloud, they gave me a warm cookie when I checked in, the in-room coffee was good, the bathroom was clean and beautiful. $9/day for in/out from the underground car park. I had a perfect view of the river.
