  Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Food was good and breakfasts made delightful especially by the really lovely waitress who was always interested in... co mówią ludzie » our travels. Location was good, near to downtown and also walking trails. Bed very comfortable and all amenities with coffee making machine in room. - Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget- friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage. The staff is an asset to your hotel.

  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable.   Everyone at the hotel was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were. They will also pay for your taxi to and from the airport which is a nice bonus! - breakfast, free HBO, location, rooms, free taxi to train station, no problems.

  Have been staying at the Puffin for years. It's always a good place to stay. The staff there is exceptional.The general manager has been there for years, is a good leader, and also drives the shuttle!
