Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. -

WOW! What a great hotel for the price! In a great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. We were only there for one night but would stay again. The bed was HUGE and super comfortable, could have done with larger pillows. The parking lot can get a little crowded as people check in. Did not get up early enough to eat breakfast. -

The only thingI found to be not so pleasant was the rear parking lot. But overall I will be back and stay at your hotel.

that there was a workout room and the equipment worked. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was nice. it smelled good. the woman at the front desk was wonderful. The free breakfast was decent. -

My room was very clean. The ac worked well and was not noisy. The front

I could go outside on my private patio and see the pool. The location
was only 4 mi. From downtown where I needed to go each day. Easy to get

We went to attend a play and the location of the hotel, as well as the rates, were perfect for us. I've stayed at other hotels that were budget-friendly and I got what I paid for. Best Western was definitely a different situation. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was awesome. I will stay there any time I'm in Raleigh. Continental breakfast was also a nice treat.

Everyone from front office personal to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. We came in Friday and a Science Fair group was there for an event the next day. At breakfast the next day, you wouldn't of known it, things were kept stocked and area kept clean. If ever in the area again, would definitely stay again and would recommen

We came to town to do some shopping and to visit downtown for dinner/entertainment. This location was perfect for both. It was nice to have breakfast included. The staff member who checked us in was extremely helpful in assisting us with our plans for the evening.

Raleigh his rate was $159.00 a nite his hotel was dirty his room was

Beautiful, homey atmosphere. We loved the fireplace in the lounge which was perfect for a rare, snowy night in Raleigh. The hotel is so close to everything you need: restaurants, shopping, the airport. Towels and toiletries were extra nice. Staff was professional, prompt and willing to help with anything we might need. Great experience!
