The Royal Floridian is one of the nicest resorts I've stayed at, and
it's not very expensive! The service was incredible. Everyone was so
friendly and accommodating. They provided us with free snacks, coffee,
water and soda drinks during the day. The resort is located on the beach

The 1 bedroom condo was clean, up to date and family friendly. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, and that the kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking essentials we needed to prepare meals for the week. Just a short walk from our condo to the beach and beautiful pool. The available activities kept the kids entertained throughout the week. Overall this was one of the best family vacations we have had in years!

From the moment you check in you feel relaxed. I originally booked for 2 nights but liked it so well I stayed for 5. All the rooms face the ocean. I booked a kitchenette room which was perfect for my needs. The walls must be pretty thick as I never heard any of my neighbors. The staff was very welcoming and very personable. The rooms were large and well appointed for a long stay. The only reason I could not mark excellent on all items is that they were under construction in some areas which makes things a bit distracting but will be beautiful when finished. Excellent Coffee I might add and I am a coffee fanatic.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though the weather was a little cold. I still can't believe the rooms we had. We will be back again. We only live 107 miles away. As a retired couple we have to look when the rate not like bike week. Thanks it was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
