The location is great and we requested an ocean front room which we got and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't be nicer...very happy with our experience!

The Royal Floridian is one of the nicest resorts I've stayed at, and
it's not very expensive! The service was incredible. Everyone was so
friendly and accommodating. They provided us with free snacks, coffee,
water and soda drinks during the day. The resort is located on the beach
so all you have to do is stumble out of your condo and you are on t

The 1 bedroom condo was clean, up to date and family friendly. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, and that the kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking essentials we needed to prepare meals for the week. Just a short walk from our condo to the beach and beautiful pool. The available activities kept the kids entertained throughout the week. Overall this was one of the best family vacations we have had in years!

The modern white-black-grey decor was well-appointed! Very practical and visually pleasing.
The 'special offer' room was rather small with no beachview or useful window, but it was mere steps from the quiet beach. Husband enjoyed the pool for aerobics and the hot tub, and I relaxed on the lovely deck, very romantic at nite.

for the price, it was amazing. everythng in the room and hotel was Brand new. the pool area, fire pit and hot tube followed by the back drop of the beach made it feel like south beach,miami. i would defiantly recommend here and will be visiting the amazing staff again and again..

Casual, relaxed atmosphere. Proximity to the beach and value for the
money. Just signing out boards and chairs was more neighborly and had a
family feel. Our family has stopped here a number on times between our
visits to Florida and back to Georgia. -
