Our room was clean, quiet, and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus and the pool area with a water slide was great fun for the kids, the neighborhood is much nicer than most and the location to the parks is perfect. Really can't beat it for the price. -

Every thing, we mainly use this hotel to catch early flight. The service was very accomodating since we had several small children with our party. Even provided a crib for the 2 year old. We even took advantage of the pool.Busboy took our bags to ticket counter. Every Thing ran smoothly. We have used your hotel before -

In our case, we were going on a Disney Cruise, and it was the perfect solution, as the transport to the port is located in the airport as well. Disney picks up the suitcases directly in the room, which is very convenient.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. Ultimate luxury and family appealing hotel for less than the price of a budget, lowest price range, bare-bones hotel by Disney. Staff offered to keep my luggage behind reception after check out andlet me use facilities until I left in evening, with no extra charge. - The hours of operation, we only got there at 4am because of flight delays and they were still open so that was a bonus.

The beds were extremely comfortable...the continental breakfasts were nice...the pool and hot tub were fun...and the location was extremely convenient to Wet-N-Wild and other Orlando attractions. -

Is the best price benefit option, is very close to the amusement parks, to universal and they have a scheduled shuttle to disney parks. Also there is a block near restaurants and stores, with good prices.

Large room with comfy beds, a very nice shower, big tv and a locker. The
cleaning ladies did a wonderful job every day. Fairly close to Universal
Studios (purpose of the trip) and there's a shuttle available that
runs in the morning and at night. After the first day we decided to walk
to the park though, as it's only about 25 min on foot. The Lynx bus
from the airport stops right at the door, which is great! The I-Drive
has a lot to offer, just don't go to the World's Largest
McDonald'S.

He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at
again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and
lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.
Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention
center, and not far from Disney.

We liked the full suite features... Like a well furnished condo. Everything you'd need for a comfortable extended stay: kitchen, washer/dryer, good wifi, etc., and outfitted nicely, not too cheaply - for example, granite counters and decent furniture and decor. Although we only stayed for one night because the price was right, we'd definitely come back and bring family for a longer stay.
