Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. The room was perfect! Incredible view of the harbour and comfortable. The front staff were very helpful and will certainly stay on our nexy visit. check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of.
we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had a good system in place you could tell. Maximum service with minimum intrusion.

Very good location. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.

to MetLife stadium for the psu game.

Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.
The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-(

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

location id very convenient for new york city visit especially if you take bus 129 which Has its bus stop 5 min. walk from the hotel and opetates very often until late evening, in fact the bus takes less than 30 min to the hart of new york city.
