  I liked the fact that the hotel was very well maintained and quiet although it was located very close to the busy section of the French Quarter, which I also liked. I also liked the public parking garage that was very close by and cost much less than the hotel's price of $30 per night for parking on the premises. - Very Quiet and clean.   At arrival the door man and bell staff were very friendly. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable with soft linens. Bathroom has a GREAT separate shower with large tub very nice.   Our family enjoyed our stay at La Belle Maison immensely and will stay there again. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughter, so we chose a studio style suite which had a separate, private, bedroom and a sofa that turned into a bed. We made it clear up front that we were not interested in the time share options and so were not bothered with any pressure. We enjoyed the whirlpools.
