The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

Well located, very friendly staff, charming and interesting decor, lovely roof terrace and pool allowing a peaceful escape from the hustle of South Beach should you need it. The whole hotel had a hint of the erotic which suited us very well. A little quieter and more peaceful than the beachfront hotels on Ocean drive - of course this is a trade-off from having a sea view but we considered this a better option.

this place is amazing. the staff is very friendly, the premises are very nice, the beach close is beautiful, and not so crowded, and the rooms are huge and super confortable. the possibility to cook is also quite handy.

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. Views over the Bay are so stunning, the sunsets are worth paying for the room with the bay view. Hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
