  We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... co mówią ludzie » if you have a late flight home. Team members very friendly and good restaurant. - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome!   It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5 or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day. The staff was very nice, especially one woman who changed are room without any problem because we were not satisfied with first one (was too noisy because of air condition on the roof top). Some rooms are with old furniture but comfortable and clean. It is really good choice for value of money.   As soon as we arrived this hotel captured us. It's location was easy to find from the airport (though the driving on the other side of the road/car was a little taxing). We were upgraded to a room with a larger bed and docking station (the bed being the biggest ive seen, let alone slept in) - Everything was perfect. We did not used the pool as it was always full, LOL. The location is also very good, with the 7th street Metro station 2 blocks away.
