As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first
night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a
smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day
they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was
great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Staff were so
amazing

Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants,
movie theather, bowling alley, and Target. When I had a problem with my
room type and the non working refrigerator they addressed it the next
morning, apologized repeatedly,offered a 50.00 credit toward the room
without me asking and provided complimentary bottles of cold bevera

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Room was large and airy. Bathroom was large and fabulous with two
showers and a soaking tub. Bed (king) was very comfortable. Balcony

Defenitely high standards hotel in each detail. Professional staff, personal client attitude, luxury environment, modern accommodation and breathtaking paniramic roof pool. Really regret for short staying defenetly will back to this Hotel again.

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.

1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious.
2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc

marina del rey is perfectly located. my room had a beautiful view on to the harbour. the all staff were lovely and helpful. this hotel is a real gem. ok so it needs a refurb, and there is a bit of noise from the other floors but this is more than made up for with the plus points of which there are many.

We wanted a hotel close to the Getty Museums and Santa Monica. We were nervous about the people density of L.A. and, being walkers, had heard poor reports of the lack of pedestrian-friendly paths and even sidewalks. The hotel location was perfect. This hotel was quiet and clean the room was a good quality as was the restaurant we would have liked a water view but got one on the side where we could see a bit of water but no sun just plenty of traffic but we did find the double glazing was efficient so not too noisey. -

Fantastic location right opposite famous Santa Monica pier and behind
Bloomingdales and shopping on 3rd Promenade. Rooms were modern and
bathroom has clear glass wall to see into bedroom, which was a novelty
for my 7yo daughter. Free internet/wifi was fantastic. Was given
glass of champagne at check in which was a nice surprise. My daughter
loved the heated pool.

The connoisseur was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The
folks at the front desk and valet parking were also very friendly and
helpful. We had a problem with our tv and it was resolved within 30
