  We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... co mówią ludzie » if you have a late flight home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived from new zealand at 7am and were not due to get our room until late afternoon, but they were so accomodating they gave us a room straight away. The road outside can be a little noisey so perhaps some earplugs is a good idea. We will definately go back.
